Terms of Service
This app is operated by Trini Fusion ("we", "us") for internal use by staff and drivers. These terms explain what's expected when using it.
Acceptance
By logging in and using this app, you agree to these terms. This app is provided by Trini Fusion for use by its own staff and drivers — not the general public.
Accounts
- Accounts are created internally by an admin — there is no public sign-up.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
- An account may be suspended or removed if it is used outside its intended role, or if employment/engagement with Trini Fusion ends.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for legitimate Trini Fusion business — creating, assigning, and fulfilling orders and pre-orders.
- Enter accurate customer, order, and payment information — figures recorded here (amounts collected, driver fees, bonuses) feed directly into payroll and accounting.
- Don't attempt to access another user's data or bypass the role-based restrictions built into the app.
Money figures entered or confirmed in this app (amounts collected, fees, duties) are treated as the operational record for that transaction — enter them carefully.
Driver location
Drivers must keep location turned on (precise, at least "While Using the App", and "Always" where available) while signed in. The app shares your location with Trini Fusion dispatchers and admins so deliveries can be assigned to the closest driver and routes followed. It stops when you sign out.
- Don't disable, spoof or work around location sharing while you are working.
- Sign out when your shift ends — location is not shared while you are signed out.
- Location history is kept for 14 days and used only for dispatch and for resolving delivery or cash disputes. Admins can see the history; dispatchers see only the latest position. See the Privacy Policy.
Cash, signatures and records
Drivers are responsible for cash they collect until a dispatcher has counted and confirmed it (see the Cash Responsibility Acknowledgement you accept in the app). Handovers, commission payouts and bank deposits are recorded with signatures and photos; these records cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, and corrections are made by adding a new, explained adjustment.
A signature you draw in the app (for a handover or a payout) is your confirmation of that amount. Check the amount before you sign.
Identity information
Drivers provide identity details (legal name, ID, address, phone, email) so Trini Fusion knows who is responsible for company cash. Only admins can see them. See the Privacy Policy for how they are protected.
Role responsibilities
Each role carries its own responsibilities and its own view of the app's data — see "How Roles Work" on the Account screen for a plain-language summary of what each role does and can see.
Availability
The app depends on third-party services (see the Privacy Policy) and may occasionally be unavailable or degraded due to factors outside our control. We aim for reliable service but make no uptime guarantee.
Changes to the app or these terms
Features may be added, changed, or removed as the business needs change. These terms may be updated the same way — the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Termination
Access to this app ends when your role with Trini Fusion ends, or if an admin removes your account. Records already created (orders, payouts, signatures) remain as the business's operational history — see the Privacy Policy for how long they're kept.
